It's my tank...

I can't get a better picture because the damn things run so fast. They're 1/3" long, they have really long antena looking things. and they have a bunch of tiny legs under them, kind of like a shrimp. They look like a cross between a brine shrimp and larva.

I have a bunch of them in my refugium and a few in the main tank. they're just big pods. However, I've got a zoo growing out of my chaeto in the refugium. I gave him a little mysis and the pod was trying to pull it out of him!

So these little things are good for the tank? b/c I see them in my tank alot when the lights are off. Will all fish eat these? or just certain ones?
