 Bubble thing on live rock It looks like it has a thin membrane. You can almost see through it, and it looks like it would pop very easily. Anyone know what it could be?   |

| Re: Bubble thing on live rock It appears to be bubble algae - siphon it out of there or draw it out with a turkey baster. Do not pop it since it will spread spores in your tank. Or you could get yourself an emerald crab or 2 since they're supposed to eat the stuff.

| Re: Bubble thing on live rock If you are talking about the purple thing in the center of the screen. It dont look like bubble algy to me. Do a google search and look at some pic's and see what you think. |
