Default Red Slime Algea?

I apologize in advance for the picture. Does this look like red slime algea to any of you?

P.S.
Thanks Elliott for helping me figure out how to post my pictures

Looks brown to me from the picture (I guessing you mean on the cc). More like diatom.

If it's red algae you need to get the phosphates down. Try this method: An Instant Nitrate Reduction Method - A Multiple Step Water Change Procedure
How long has this tank been set up?

I have that as well. A quick fix is to stir the sand a bit to get the fresher sand on top so it looks white again. I start doing that multi-step water change in my tank and I am seeing less and less of the slime stuff as well as having the other bad stuff literally falling off.

Someone also suggested to me to buy some Miracle mud and mix it into the sand. Haven't done that one yet though.
