Default Night Time Creeper: Flatworm?

I finally got around to snapping a picture of this one. It comes out at night and appears to be feeding off live rock, sand and acrylic walls. It can extend more than a foot from a hole in the live rock. It's dark green and seems to have a flat body with a forked tongue shaped end. It's fun to watch it lick the tank.

And finally, with my own personal pics attached, what I've been dying to say on reefbuilders is: WHAT THE HECK IS IT?!

Any pointers would be appreciated.

I finally found an ID for this creature. First, I found a pic at Melevesreef.com and there is more information here for the Bonellid Echiuran.
