Default What are these

I am new to the salt world my tank has been set up for about 2 months and i have all kind of action First off I have a 55 gal aquac protien skimmer pengiun filter 400, 2 MJ 1200, 75 lbs LR, 3 BG Chromis, 2 Black Chromis, 5 snails, 5 blue legs, 5 red legs, 2 peppermint shrimp and a emerald crab. First I found another crab that hitched a ride on the LR it looks like the emerald in shape but is redish pink in color does anyone know what it is? Second I have a bunch of these so called pods look like fleas are these bad? how many is too many? The next items I have pictures for I have what I believe to be aptasia this is why I got the peppermint shrimp but they are two different looking aptasia I just wanted confirmation that both of them are what I believe them to be. Last I have these wierd little critters that move slow like snails but are somewhat flat they look like little nipples anyway can someone please tell me what they are and if they are bad. I keep noticing more and more. maybe have 6-10 of them now. Having problems with pics. still trying

First one looks like some kind of limpet, probebly harmless. The second is aptasia. The crab looks like a red minthrix (sp?) crab. They a supposed to be reef safe, but I have one that has developed a taste for my green pagoda cup and I would love to get rid of it if I could catch it.
