Default copepods?

I just bought another piece of lr from petco (Walt smith brand, cured) and have seen these little white-clear critters crawling around the rock, but they move so fast it's hard to get a focus lock with my camera!

I'm assuming these are good, beneficial pods of some sort but wanted to ask you guys to see if these things sound familiar... they seem to like staying in the cracks and holes in the rock during the day, and, I don't know if this is the same critter but I saw what looked just like a dead KRILL floating thru the water?!

It was almost twice the size of the other ones I'd seen so maybe it was something different, since it didn't survive....

Any thoughts? Links to pictures or info on what it could be would be great too, tried that and just can't find any pics of what these are!

Thanks!
Dana
