Default White and on my Frogspawn?

Hello all, I am new to this, and have had my tank for about 9 months.
Anyway... I have a Frogspawn that has something white growing on it.
At first, I thought it was part of the Frogspawn, but now.... I have no idea. Kind of Spungy looking? Any Help would be appreciated.

I will try to get a better pic tonight.
It is translucent, and porous.

maybe its just a sea squirt growing on the side of it....does it have anything that look blowholes on it...holes that hold their shape all the time as if it is breathing? i have a few of those in my tank that appeared on my star polyp rock etc etc.

Blowholes..... Yes, I would say. It has little volcano looking holes all over it. If it is a sea squirt, what is that? Bad? My concern is the health of the Frogspawn.

TUNICATES
Tunicates (or sea squirts) are another filter-feeding hitchhiker. These vase-shaped critters can be clear, purple, orange, or a variety of other colors.

Well after looking at the pictures of the Hitchhikers.... It really looks a lot like the sponge. But I thought Sponges were usually color. Not Clear/white?

Ok, been reading on sponges, and it says that they will come and go. This has been growing for months, but is now starting to get big. I also attached another photo. I don't know if it is any better then the last. Im trying to take good picture, but Im finding it very difficult. Any advise on taking a good pic, might be good also.
