Identification What in the heck is growing on my glass, corals, etc. Not sure what it is? Post here and we'll see if we can figure it out!

Default Black Crab

I am very conserned, i just looked at my tank and found a large 2" crab, jet black!
I have never seen sight of this before and am a bit worried, can somone help..ASAP:confused:

get it out !!

without a picture its hard to say, but I dont know of any black crabs that are reef-safe...

might be a gorilla crab...

Take it out, dont kill it! bring it to your LFS....
