Default ID on a fish, please

Last year we went scuba diving in the Bahamas and one of the first fish I encountered was this little guy...

Does anybody know what he is? My guess is some kind of cleaner wrasse, he looks similar to yours e_baer.

Not that it matters much, but I meant to say snorkeling. Scuba Diving will be the next trip.

what? does the top of his head look like, if it has ridges on it (can't tell from the pic.) this is an amora? I know I am not exactly corecct on the exact name, but these guys tag along with sharks in the wild, the ridges I was talking about actually sticks them to the shark, they from what I know are not agressive, just tagg'n along for a free meal...some feel free to correct on name and spelling, I think I'm pretty close?

I'm just curious abot the ridges, if they are there, if not than disregard my earlier post. I do know that it is not even in the shark family.

I think Dewayne is correct: it looks like a remora.

Picture isn't the greatest--my apologies. This guy was probably about a foot long and incredibly curious and playful. In fact, he wouldn't leave me alone kept trying to attach himself to me (or so it seemed).

I didn't want to say "shark", but he certainly had some shark-like features.

Then when I saw Elliott's picture post of a cleaner XXX, it reminded me of this lil' guy.

Definitely sounds like a remora, Remora - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
wiki entry has a pic of one that looks alot like that attached to a diver.

I was lucky to get this picture of him! It was taken on one of those little underwater disposable cameras! ...and he was pretty active!
