| For my birthday, the wonderful wife brought home 2 fish, one a blue tang the other a type of wrasse. Ive looked through all my id books and on wet web and none of the various pictures of different wrasse resemble this. I'm hoping by simple description that someone will know, if not then i'll try to get a pic uploaded. The fish is a dark almost emerald green, its build is very similar to many of the wrasse's in the photo's i've looked through, the only thing that is throwing me off is the unusually long mouth with which it has been probing the holes and crevices of my live rock. I'll work on getting a pic uploaded soon as possible, till then any ideas? |

| Dark green, long nose, sounds like it could be a Male (green) Birdwrasse. http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/p...cfm?pCatId=297
