Default Something Brown?

Ok, my wife just found this thing, looks kind of like a polyp or something like it, it is browm, and has some what long tenicales compared to the size of this creature. Acutally my wife found 3 of them living in my love rock. When I touched them with my grabber they sprang back into the rock, but not too far in. They are a round shape, like a button. I will try to take a pic of it tomorrow. any ideas on what it is?

Sounds like Aiptasia. Do a search and you should come up with some pics!

If it is the glass ane., I read that the best thing was lemon juice put right into it. Is there any other thing that I can do?

If you can remove the rock without disturbing the tank, then do so. I used an icepick to "drill" the dreaded aiptasia, then rinsed with tank water. It didn't come back. If you cannot remove the rock, then lemon juice or Joe's Juice injected will kill it.
