Identification What in the heck is growing on my glass, corals, etc. Not sure what it is? Post here and we'll see if we can figure it out!

Default medusa worm?

found this guy in a cave of my LR, i think its a medusa worm but not certain. is it good or bad, any idea how to get rid of it if i need to? i found very lil on them but mostly what i'm finding is they are a type of cuc.??? this thing is in a hole in my rock! not the substrate.

I think Medusa too. Maybe some one can make a positive ID.
