 Some kind of crab??? I found this thing on my rocks this morning. It looks like a crab, because it has 2 fat little claws. But looks like it feeds like a duster, you can see it fan out this duster fan looking then then bring it to it's what I guess is it's mouth. It is about the size of a quarter. Any ideas on what this is???  |

| Re: Some kind of crab??? hmm Could you take a better picture? Hard to see what it is. Could be a mantis but from the way you describe it, it doesn't sound like mantis.

| Re: Some kind of crab??? well I am pretty sure that it is a Porcellanid Crab, i was checking some pics on line and this one seems to be what I can see, the color is alittle different, mine is a darker green color. Does anyone know about these things? I have had my tank for almost 2 months now and I just saw him yesterday for the first time.
