Default Something alien in my tank!!

We bought a tank from some people and moved all the rock, water, and corals so that the cycle process would not take as long. We have had it for 2 months now, and it is looking great!!! We even have fish. But I have notice something peeking out from under some small rock rubble and I have no idea what it is. It moves to fast for a picture and hates the light. It is red in color, has a segmented body, little white I would say legs along each side of its body, kind of like a bristle worm, it has antennae and a mouth on the bottom of its head that opens up like the mouths of those vampires from Blade II. I am guessing it is several inches long and almost as big around as a pencil. It does not like to be bothered and keeps to its burrow so I am assuming it is harmless. However when I do sit still and watch the tank it will show its freaky head....Does anyone know what it is and do I leave it be or try to remove it?

I looked at all the pictures of the mantis shrimp and I am thinking ...hmmm..no. It doesnt have pinchers. It looks like a big red centipede with little white legs on the edge of each segment. It has two antennae and a mouth on the bottom of its head. It never comes out of its rock gave completely. It pokes out just far enough to grab whatever food is there and zip back in. Since its legs are on its side and not underneath it..I am thinking mantis shrimp is not what this thing is.
