| Identification What in the heck is growing on my glass, corals, etc. Not sure what it is? Post here and we'll see if we can figure it out! |

| I would call the LFS he got it from and see if they remember, because if it is a pest, you do not want it, they are fine if you have a FOWLR tank, but if you have a reef, they will do some damage to your corals. I wish I knew what it was, but I just converted my FOWLR to a reef tank, I have to learn more about the species myself. check out my photos, leave a comment (good/bad) just would like someones opinion, thanks. good luck

| It's not an aiptasia and I don't think it is a majano anemone either. Do you have a pic from the top of the coral/anemone and how does it react when disturbed (close up VERY quickly, pull back into the rock, etc...)?

| Looks like the below Master Mind Flayer Zoa Your lucky to have one if this indeed what it is! Then again it could just be a couple of Atlantic Rock Anemones.
