Default Nice to meet you

Hi folks! Obviously I am new here - hopefully the newness will wear off fast enough

I am a member of WAMAS, residing in Maryland - I don't know if there are other WAMAS members here or not - many use Reef Central and RC is so crowded that it is overwhelming - Reef Builders seems to be more at my pace.

My main system is a mixed reef 65g with a 20 sump, 29 fuge w/DSB, and 10g frag(less) tank. I also have a clownfish tank that is a 52 hex, into which I put a divider to make an in-tank sump/fuge.

Here is a shot of the 65g - I recently took everything out and re-did it, including scrubbing every piece of rock with a toothbrush, "washing" the sand, and scrubbing the inside of the tank.

Nice meeting you all!

Hello, welcome....I really like the new look of your tank...a lot! Now, why did you have to take everything out and scrub it?

Welcome to the reef treesprite, I agree with you, RC is very crowded and not very member oriented. RB is a lot more personally geared, and we don't have 50,000 inactive members hahaha

You should feel welcomed here already, and the noob thing will wear off soon enough, either way, we don't mind it at all. Again welcome to Reef Builders..
