Default Hello to all, newbie with tanks, fish, and patience!!!

Recent to the aqua world!!! Cycled tank, had a few casualties, but my recent "restocking", my Coral Beauty looks as if there is a couple little white dots, on the dorsel fin. I also noticed that his skin looks patchy, dry, not shiney as usual......Had him in the tank for 3 days. I did have a sailfin tang, that passed yesterday.....Do I have a parasite??????? My water parameters are perfect, I have them checked once a week, do water change once a week......WILL SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME???????????

sounds like ick and stress. are you getting them from a local fish store? if so you might want to change stores. also if you have no corals you migh want to reclean your rocks to remove any left over nasties from your previous fish.
