Default Starting my first reef tank!! Advice on buying used needed.

Hi All,
my name is Sam. I have had fresh water tanks for years and now have decided to start my own reef tank. I have been looking around for a used set up and found what appears to be a good deal. I was hoping to get some advice on things to watch out for when buying used equipment. This is a tank I am going to look at on saturday. He wants 450 for the whole set up. what do you think?

"This tank was custom made by Aquatic Research Technology Inc. I used it for over 2 year running as a reef tank.Stand and canopy is black acrylic not wood or MDF with storage area inside stand can put 20 gallons quarantine tank in there if you want to,lighting system is 3-36" T5 and one 30" T5,2 of them is white, other 2 is blue in the canopy.Tank is 36x23x23 estimated total volume is 72 gallons include the build in filter in the back with Rio 1400 return pump 420 gph,300 Watts heater, custom made skimmer with Gen-X 1000 needle wheel recirculated pump and 100gph feed pump, air pump with wood limestone inside the chamber to create more skimmate. The whole system is fully hook up and ready to go,just add sand, rock, water in and run it. "

Thanks for the Help!
