Welcome to RB, There is alot of information out there on doing this and lots of free resources and no one right way. Take your time, research your moves. It will save you alot of money and heartache in the long run.

Welcome and good luck! There is a lot of information out there, and the folks here are very knowledgeable too (sometimes we don't spell well). Get youself a couple of books...Julian Sprung, Albert Thiel, Martin Moe, and John Tullock are among many authors that can really help.
