Default HELP! aquarium fill up with ro/di filter

Hi all,
Filling up my new 240 gallon aquarium on 2/1/07 and I have a 100 gpd ro/di filter.
Can I run 240 gallons through the filter and into the aquarium or do I have to do 100 gallons per day for 3 days?
I have 200 lbs. of live rock coming in on 2/2/07 and want to put in aquarium asap!
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
