250frider is looking at reefs
Default New builder

Getting ready to try my luck with a reef tank. I previously had a 55 G tank with LR, Ricordia rock, and three fish. It's been about four years now since my Hippo died and I purchased a 120 G tank for my new adventure. I sure could use some advice on whether or not I need to purchase a 300-400$ wet/dry filter or can I simply use 20-30 G tank with nice skimmer? I still have my small wet/dry sump from my 55 G tank by the way and plan on utilizing it. Thanks in advance for any advice and I look forward to my new adventure as well as establishing some new friends at RB!
Later, dudes and dudettes
