| Lol, you had me running to open this thread to find out where to get the wings. I love going to Buffalo Wild Wings on Tuesdays. Also, I remember those days when I had a Betta while living at the dorms. I couldn't seem to keep them alive. Welcome, to the forum you will find lots of information at this forum. |

| Heyas and welcome to RB. Only problems I see going with saltwater during college is the choices of getting expensive equipment and keeping up on all the testing and changes. Especially for me if I remember my system of accounting during college. Beer>Everything else. Sex>Beer>Everything else I avoided fishkeeping during my college years. I just remember thinking things like.... well I could buy some food with this money or I could buy some beer with this money..... You can guess which won at the time. |

| Freshwater is a lot easier at college. I actually bring two african dwarf frogs with me and they live in a 5 gallon tank. They're completely aquatic and swim up to the surface to breathe air. If you simply MUST do saltwater (atta boy) then you can do a very simple nano tank with maybe a few hermit crabs, snails, and very hardy fish. My worry that stops me from doing the same is when you travel home for the breaks and the power goes out. You'd have to break down the system and bring it home each time.
