Default new and need alittle help with dust from sand

Hi, I'm looking for some help for my tank. I added the sand to a water filled tank and did not know that I needed to be washed first......DUMB I KNOW.....Is there anything that I can do to help with the amount of dust that rises and lands on everything in the tank. I have a canister filter, skimmer and powerhead running in full swing....
Please any help or ideas will be helpful......THANKS

Welcome to RB! The 'dust" will settle after a day or so. Keep the canister going & that will help remove some of it from the water. You can get the sand off the rock by squirting it using a turkey baster.
