Default Purple button polyps not opening

75 gal tank, canister, undergravel filter, 2 power heads, 2x55 watt blue on 10 hrs, 2 x55 watt on 8 hrs, 12k, led moon light on at night.
About 9 days ago I got a rock from the fish store with good looking purple buttons, then a few days later my girlfriend got me a rock with green ricordia. The buttons never opened yet and at night they look almost melted. A few may have even diminished leaving behind a purple blob on the rock. The ricordia is OK but doesnt look like it did at the store. I moved the buttons on day 4 to a different part of the tank with no luck.
I have 2 damsils, 2 tangs, 1 shrimp, 3 crabs, live rock from another tank. Ph, Nitrate, Nitrite, Amonia is good. Temp spiked up last week about 7 degrees one day but this is back under control at 80. What could be the problem with the buttons? Before I put these in I did my first partial water change of about 25-30%. Then a few days later I got the tangs and the buttons. The fish are doing fine, its just these buttons..

Hello and welcome to RB! You might want to do a partial water change to try and lower the trates.
