I would recommend Peppermint shrimp, but they can be hit or miss, I have always had excellent luck with them though.

i had aiptasia and refuse to use anything other than fish to take care of it, in two days all was gone i went out and bought a crowned pearl sided butterfly fish, also racoon butterflies do a great job at curing such probs

Whenever I catch it in my tank I either inject it with some boiling water or liquid calcium. The boiling water seems to work fairly well. A true pepperment shrimp is can also do wonders, they seem to love aptasia. If you just pull it out it seems to just multiply.

All good suggestions and have worked for me.

Peppermint shrimp
Butterfly fish (beware for they may pick at other corals)
boiling water injected

There are countless more available. My only suggestions is to address them asap

That is so true, and also if you have one, they makes copies of themselves almost like bunnies, so don't stop looking, they do grow fast and will show up anywhere.

Welcome Willy Waters! Another option you may want to consider is Joe's juice.

i've found two about the size of a match head on a marbled mushroom rock i added. used boiling water in a baster and a week later one has regrown... too small to inject, the butterflies mentioned are out of the question as mine is a reef tank. i have a coral banded shrimp so i'm wondering if i could get by with the pepermint, or maybe the joes juice will be my light at the end of the tunnel.

Icon6 Re: Aiptasia

There are several ways to get rid of Aiptasia from experience, I have a 200 gallon grow out setup for LR, I keep copper banded butterflies in this tank. As for the show tanks we normally use the Berghai Nudis(purchased in trios), and in the extreme a copper banded(they tend to pick at stuff if there is not enough aiptasia). I have never used the injection method as to a means of getting rid of them, if this does not kill the cells of the anemone it will stress and split, giving you MORE of a problem than before. Peppermint shrimp seem to do a good job when they are permitted to be in the tank without getting eaten themselves.
