Default cleaner shrimp molted then died...

So, I look in my tank this morning and i see the cleaner shrimp has molted, yay for him. but then i see him in the back of the tank, body still mushy from the molt and covered in bristle worm goo. I havent checked the tanks stats yet, Im about to do so. Any idea what could have happened to the Vet? Is the bristle worm getting braver/hungrier? All other inverts are fine.

Not sure about the shrimp, but strangely enough my Flame Angel dies today as well.. All my parameters were fine and he just stopped swimming. Idk, my condolences to the fellow cleaner shrimp though. Hopefully we solve both of these mysterious cases.

Yea they are pretty sensitive fish, thank you though. I have a six-line wrasse, thats a cool little fish man, reminds me of the Bears.. Thats why we call him a Bear-WrAsse lol multiple levels on that one. But i'm going to try out a Coral Beauty now.
