Default Sea Hair

We have a new Sea Hair. He is very active and we are a little concerned that we will run out of algea for him to eat. What else can we feed him?

How big is your tank? It is very common for people to starve their sea hares. I know because that is what happened to mine.

Start lining up friends who need the hare's services and rotate through several tanks.

You beat me to answering your own question. Sea hares usually like Nori, but you need to be careful how much you feed it. They are very demanding with their feeding habits, but very inefficient at digesting the food completely. This can lead to poor water quality if you feed too much. Kind of a double edged sword.

Thanks for the advise. I have a hard time refraining from feeding too much so I will watch it. He is soooo cooool. Hopefully he will work out.
