I don't know how I managed to see them, but I did. All hanging out on the glass on my kid's tank. I am betting they will become fish food, but has anyone had success with these guys?

yea they are easy to keep just try to give them some food.

They seem to come and go in my tanks, I believe they stay small and just catch small particles and stuff

Yeah it is too early to tell, I did a little reading, could very well be microstars.

I have tons of these guys and its said to be a good sign that a tank is well taken care of and balanced. Mine are just what I've seen called micro stars and they never get bigger. However, they do wave to me everytime I feed the tank, from crevices all over the tank they slide out a couple of arms to filter in their dinner, there are also tons of them in the sandbed. Good for you, a new cool critter!
