Default Scarlet Skunk Shrimp vs. LT Anemone...?

I've had the shrimp for about 2 1/2 months. I just added the LT anemone five days ago and he's finally found a spot he's comfortable with. Today I noticed the anemone shrivled up and the shrimp kinda straddling him picking at him. Are these two compatable...The guy at the LFS said it should be OK. Anyone had experiences similar?

Mark
44 g. corner / 10 g. sump
47 lbs LR
8 Turbos
5 red legged hermits
5 blue legged hernmits
3 clowns (1 False tank-raised, 2 True)
1 long tenticle anemone
1 possible baby green bubble tip anemone (hitchhiker)
