Default my lucky day
Just thought I would share some of my excitement. Got up this morning and my tang has ich, I acually caught him!!!! went to put him in the quarintine tank and low and behold I have a baby star fish. He is only the size of the eraser on a pencil, He has six arms on him, it is all white for now cant wait to see what kind it is. I had to remove him from the small tank so I sould treat the tank with copper. I'm hoping the coral banded shrimp will leave him alone. When it gets a bigger I will post pics to see about identification.

Which tank are you cleaning with copper? Your display tank or your QT?

DO NOT treat your display tank with copper!

QT tank, it has been running since march. last thing i had in ther was live rock

Wow that's great....I hope when I get my LR I'll have all sorts of creatures on it...well not a mantis shrimp but anything but that.
