| no.. Its not the phycodelic colored thing.. Its gray with some stripes to it. I havnt seen alot online but I swear its called a Dragon Goby. Look at it here: http://www.marinecenter.com/media/ph...FC0FFDDEFE.jpg

| Yeah but they are VERY hard to keep in a aquarium. Everyone who I know who has had them - they have died. You have to have constant perfect conditions for them to survivie. I was actually reading a artticle on them and how hard they are to keep - Sad!

typically they are hard to care for because of their eating habbits. they like to eat copepods and in smaller tanks, the pods cannot keep up the breeding process for the appetite of the hungry dragonet. as soon as the food source runs out, they will die. but congradulations that you got it eating flakes! not too often you hear about that.

| I had read everything about how hard the Dragonets are to handle too, but got one anyway and i've had it for months. He's gorgeous!!!! And I have no problems with him eating and being healthy. I know what you are talking when you say dragon goby, very cool looking fish when they are young, its good to know they are so helpful as well! Congratz! |

| I think my dragonet became a snack for my "reef safe" serpent starfish. It did look pretty though..
