I know that crabs should be fed, 3 emeralds, and like 10 hermits... I gotta remove some, LOL, anyways, I do not know what to feed them. As of now I fed them some "Wardley Algae Discs" primarily for Fresh Water and have a bunch for my tadpoles, but is there any food that is good for crabs to give them alternative food and keep them full? Should I do dried algae? I feed my tank just flakes now, I only have three Chromis, and plan on alternating flakes, frozen, brine shrimp, and pellets once I get my gobby and clowns.

Any advice for the crabs as of now. I do not have an excess of algae in the tank either.

Crabs are omnivorous and opportunistic. If you have live rock, it should provide sufficient micro algae and "critters" like pods once your tank is established. A smidgen of extra food very occasionally can help in a new tank, but an established tank with refugium should feed them adequately by itself.

I have no refuging and plan on not having one. I think removing some of my crabs will help in the long run, three emeralds in a 22 cube is a lot. And 10 hermits are a lot as well. I plan to cut them in half and remove 1 or 2 emeralds.
