its a diamond goby,

thats what they do, they clean the sand up nice

I saw a goby at my LFS doing it so i did not know it was a gabit of gobies.

There's a few different sand sifters with the gobys.

Nice looking fish, and helpful!

Mine keeps my sand pretty clean, still learning its turf though!!!
