 So how much how much sand do i need for my 120 display like how many 40 pound bags .. and what is everyones favorite sand? im just gonna buy base rock and seed it i think ..... my plumbing is insane ill post som epics im finally after not having money forever gettign back to my tank.

| Re: So how much It all depends on how thick of a sand bed you want. It will take approx 50-60Lbs of aragonite sand per inch of depth in a standard 120 gal tank.
