My sons' new doctor said he's intitled to a check. Wish me luck. That would be a huge blessing for us and the tanks. If we get it and it $500 or more, the doctor said he would, we can def. have a bigger fish budget. we have to pay out of pocket for this new dr. it will be worth it if he can help, So, Pray and wish us luck, God Bless.

Amanda that's wonderful for you...but just to let you know be prepared to fight whatever state your in to get it. I had to get a lawyer when I was first denied but after the lawyer got threw with them they paid me back wages (from the point they considered me disabled) and I've been getting checks every year. I hope the Doc goes to bat for your and I wish you all the best.

thank so much. u r always very help full to me and if it takes a lawyer my husbands granny will help. she has told me that before. when i applied, the man doing my case said i would get turned down at first. to my great suprise, i didn't even get an accepted letter. but all of a sudden there was a little over 1,000 in my bank. back pay, they said. i wish i kept fish back then, lol
