I'm doing pretty good again. I had a little hart problem again but every thing looks OK now. I guess I wont do so much cheating on my diet as I had been. Not being able to walk is the biggest problem. I get so tired of doing the exercises in bed but I will follow my doc,s directions for now anyway. I have this little Reef I'm responsible for so I have to keep myself alive. I need to make it for a little longer I want to put my Little Reef In the tank of the month when it is a year old.

I don't think they have any rules saying you have to wait. But I want to wait till my tank has matured so I think I will try in June my tank will be at the 1 year point then. If things keep growing like they are now I may have to take some things out before then. So I may decide to do it a little sooner. I really don't stand much chance with such a small tank But what the heck. You can't win if you don't try.

Sorry you have been feeling under the weather Ed I just thought you were doing more research on Sea Horses. Stick to your diet and exercise it will pay off for you in the long run.

Docs!! You have got to be kidding?? Always ask a nurse, I have been in school longer than the average doc. The docs where I work sometimes ask the nurses for advise. Don't mean to hijack the thread. Sorry, just voicing my opinion

You make a good point. I get more that I can understand from the nurse's The Doc's just don't seem to understand that I'm just a old hillbilly and I need to here it in plain talk.
