The following happend about 45 minutes ago...


I was driving down 130 today from hamilton to east windsor, its an 18 minute drive. I am driving and an african american lady decides to tailgate me while I am going 60 in a 55, passing people in the left lane. I let this go on for about a minute hopeing she realizes what she is doing. Shes doesnt. I wave my arm out the window and make a back off! hand motion. No, no middle finger. I proceed to keep a steady speed of 60-61 and she still does not back off. Well, I give her the good ol' break check. I only hit the break hard enough so that the lights go on. This still does not deter her. If anything she gets closer. I know this sounds crazy what I am about to say, but its true. She was SO close she was probably close to 5 feet away from the back of my truck. I was able to see her smileing and shaking her head as if saying "thats not gonna work on me fool". So, I say screw it, and I hit the break....pretty hard too. I was going about 60, and I slowed down to 45 or so pretty quickly. Needless to say she backed off and got a look or horror on her face for a few seconds. Once she realized what had just happened I was able to see her get angry. She fortunately held her self back for a minute or so until there was not so much traffic. By this time I am at 62. I am not one to get angry and go on rampages and I certainly dont want to get hit from behind by an enraged african american women. I am trying my very best to stay calm, but what she does next pushes me to my limit. We are nearing an intersection, the light turns yellow/orange and neither of us have time to break in time. I am still on cruise control going 62. I am half way through the intersectoin when ouit of no where she veers in front of me, literally inches away as I slam on my breaks and doing everything I acn to avoid getting hit. Now that I think of it, I should have just let her hit me and she would be getting huge fines and paying tickets and possibly in jail, Then again, I may be in the hospital. Out of rage, I stomp on the gas and catch up to her. My window is down, hers is up, but I know she heard what I had to say. I basically told her I am going to call the police on her for what she has done. she kept on smiling and blowing kisses at me in a sarcastic manor. I took down her license plate number and type of vehicle it was and aproximate year. I am going through my own town and then I realize who is in front of me! Thats right! Angry african american women. We are both going 45 (speed limit) for about 2 miles when all of the sudden she pulls over to the side of the road, where there is no shoulder. I have to swurv left and narrowly avoided hitting her. I honked graciously and passes. Now that I think back about it, she probably thought I was following her which is why she pulled over. It just so happens we live in the same town. I continue to go for another mile or so and say ya know what....im gonna call the cops. And thats exactly what I did. I dialed 911 and told them everything. The only problem was that they could have cared less. My whole situation started in washington township which is 7-8 minutes from where I was. The officer told me to call washington township. I looked online to find their number but was not able to find it. So I just say, she better pray we dont meet again on the road. This time things will be a lot different. And I am not saying I will run her off the road, becasue I certainly will NOT do ANYTHING like that. Next time I wont break, I will let her hit me. she will cause an accident and there will be a lot of fines headed her way hopefully.

WOWWOWOWOW nice story ...you should of let her hit you maybe then the cops would care !!! that sucks must of been kinda scary

not scarry, just maddening that the police could care less! My friend was driving and something very similar happened to him, and the cops were there in a heart beat! Why does nothing ever go my way with police? Its always me thats gets in trouble, or they dont care.

yeah I know....work from 7-6 everyday. Long day with physical labor. I am pretty exhausted everynight.
