My starburst polyp hasnt opened up for two days I have never had a problem with it all levels are fine and nothing else is having problems. any suggestions?

how long have you had him
and changes to the tank ie water change fliter sock change added carbon?
moved some stuff?

Ive had him for about 6 months but hes good now I think it was moving a rock and changing his light
