Default Brown on the edges of Echinophyllia

I just aquired a beautiful piece of Echinophyllia. I don't recall seeing brown on it at the store, but I definitely have some on it now. Is this simply it's way of acclimating? Or is there something I need to do to help it out before it dies on me? Nothing seems to be bothering it.

My water parameters are all golden. I have 4 VHO bulbs (1 actinic, 1 10k, 2 22K blues)

Here's a pic.

You have a fantastic specimen of Mycedium. The lighting parameters are a bit low, and thusly you aren't seeing as much florescence from the coral and the browner shades of green are showing through. With more light you will see better colors out of your corals. Always consider what kind of light the coral was displayed under. While Mycediums can handle lower levels of light than some corals they display well under higher light parameters, I'd recommend adding more bulbs or switching over to T5's

Thanks for the input. Actually, they are T5's. They are in 2 Nova Extreme fixtures. I wasn't thinking. So there are 4 39 watt t5's on the 46 gal tank.
