Default Frogspawn?

I am really wanting to purchase some frogspawn for my aquarium, but I've run into a problem. I'm getting conflicting information on this coral's lighting needs. Half of the info says that it needs moderate lighting and the other half says it needs strong lighting. I was just wondering if anyone knew from experience?

Had mine under 2x55 W PC before the tank crashed during the storm. Now have some under 2x96 W PC - no problem.

My Sebae's do the same thing with my torch coral and it seems to be working out just fine.

PCs are totally fine. I bought a small piece it branched so i split it, now I have two pieces and they've definitely quadrupled in size and are branching yet again! My maroons also live in the larger frogspawn.

I kept both Hammer and Frogspawn under PC's and they were good also, but once I switched over to T5's they really took off in splitting heads and producing very nice coloration that I didn't see while under PC's.

i dont think their is 2 types of antic lighting ( imay be wrong ) o and dosent antic lighting give less amount of absorbable light for the corals like its just thier for the blue effec not really for growth ??
( may be wrong would like to find out though)

Supposedly there is some benefit to actinic lighting, both 460 and 420nm which are the most popular actinic wavelengths. I am not on my laptop, but when I go on later tonight I have a few articles to share about this topic.
