Default PIC of my New Hammer

Here's a picture of my new Hammer Coral from Johnnys Reefing Experince in Normal IL.

Think I have it in just a little to much flow..



Yea its another Camera Phone Pic LMAO I will see what I can get with the digital a little later........never mind the dirty glass its on outside of tank

When Would be the best time try and spot feed this? at night seems to lower its....Hammers? lol and its mouth opens a little, I assume this is when I should try and spot feed. Should I shut down powerheads? instead of a baster could I use a small medicine shringe? ......gently

You can spot feed it if you want but if it gets enough light and you might be dosing some zooplex occasionally you do not have to. Also any food that blows around that your fish might miss is helpful also.

Nice Branching Hammer. I see a piece of that in your frag tank in your future!!!!!

Thanks, It has 5 Tops/Heads? 3 on 1 side 2 on the other so I could split this and have 2 nice pieces, I will wait a while and try to spot feed it atleast once a week. I also got a zoanthid frag...which I took a loose piece off and glued to another piece of LR. I have 3-4 things to start out in the frag tank. w/o emptying out the frags in my DT.
