The same thing happened to mine and it eventually died I think mine was shipped poorly though. They supposedly take a fews days to open after shipping but mine just never opened. Hopefully you will have better luck then me

Yes, but what is medium to high flow. That is one thing I do not like about some of this topics on this hoppy. If you told me flow consisting of a turn over of 3600 Gal/hour that tells me your definition of the flow you are describing. Just saying high doesn't tell me much. In comparision to still water a turn over of 10 Gal/hour, though in comparision to 7 Gal/hour it is not.

7 month old 150 gallon tank. I just bought a 3 polyp Duncan and it opened within an hour. Do you guy have LFS in your area that sell these types of corals.

Cant be flow! I have over 5k going thru my tank at any given moment, and my duncans love it.
Question #1 what do you have the Duncan next to? could it be coral warefare going on in your tank?
#2 what are you feeding them, if anything at all. duncans like to be target feed.
#3 the previous owner had them under what type of light? meaning what was the wattage? could not be enough lighting?
You say your water levels are okay, are you sure? how old are your test kits? I am not doubting you, but you need to cover all your bases.
Is there anything else in your tank that is acting strange?
Duncans are fairly hardy, so it takes a lot for one of them to go bad. Stress is a major factor, the way it's handled, the way they're shipped.
JUST FOOD FOR THOUGHT
