Default Light over Chaeto

does it matter how close my light to my chaeto is? if light is to close would it harm the chaeto? light is 16W (75watt) 5100K Fluorescent Flood Light.

With that light, no. My biggest concern would be keeping water and salt spray off hte bulb. I've use 85w CF bulbs within 6" of Chaeto with no problems.
