Default Fuge Plants?

What are the best plants to keep in the fuge? Is theeir one plant that will do it all (probaly not) so what are the good ones and what should i stay away from

Most commonly used plant is caulpera.

Wouldn't use caulerpa - it can mess up your tank. Use chaeto instead.

caulerpa has been known more then once to go asexual and foul up good tanks

Cheato be the good stuff !!!

you can get cheato on ebay for cheap. I will be getting cheato there too when my fuge is all set up. unless krazy k has some he wants to sell.

get a small mesh basket and stick the chaeto in it and turn it upside down on the bottom of the tank in a corner. That will prevent the tang and rabbitfish from getting to it. Plus it will give pods a nice place to hang out and populate.

but wouldnt that cause it to die since it wont get alot of light. and i think i can just put it in a small plastic box that is hidden from rock but still gets light. and taht is if my dad lets me get it.

Mesh would be porous so enough light should get through to allow it to grow.

got me some cheato, how do i feed it to my fish with an algae climp just put a lil clump there or do i cut it up? fresh or dry?
