Default Over Heating In Nano!!!!

omg...
so i have a 28gal nano made by JBJ. It comes with a 150 HQI.
I really wish i never got this thing without a chiller >.>
So... now its like.. blazing hot in this little city in the East Bay and i dont have a chiller. =O
Are there any good chillers that people can recommend me?
So far, my coworker told me to get an AquaEuro... are those any good?
And cost isn't too bad... i might be able to get it super cheap from some of my friends =D
So please dont hold back!

Get a fan, and point it direcly at the aquarium from about 5 feet away going full blast. This is just a temp solution or just for those crazy hot days but it will lower the temp by about 2-3 degrees based upon how fast your tank turns the water over.

1st how hot is the tank? Is it set up infront of a window ECT... I would have to go with nanoreefer on this one I have a 90 gallon and just use a walmart fan over the refugium 24/7 I live in Atlanta so its been about 100 degrees. I have a friend with the same tank he just uses a walmart fan as well pointed at the top of the water... Set it to go on with your HQI light (timer or reefkeeper )
