Hi!

While trying to finally get my big tank going, I thought it would be fun to have nano. I have the 12 set up and water in it. I have two questions. First, what skimmers has anyone used for this tank? I want to lose the bio wheel and the filter. Second, I looked at a pice of rock last night while I was using the baster to clean some sand off, and down in a hole I saw what looked like a little straw colored crab, maybe 1/4" long. I blew water at it and it didn't move so I thought it was just the rock, but and hour later when I looked again, it was gone. I went to the ID thread and didn't see anything like it. It doesn't look like anything pictured. Ideas?

Thanks for your thoughts, and ideas!

Mike
