Default Starting up a Nano Tank Next Week.

Hey guys I believe I'm going to buy a 29 gallon nano tank next week with stand for 319$. So what I'm gonna do (hopefully if it all works out since im VERY new at this) is buy some RO water for .50$ a gallon, buy salt on sale, and go ahead and set it up. Now how long after you add water do you put in the LR? Also, since I want anemonies I heard you have to place them in before corals so they find a comfortable home, or else they'll attack corals?
Thanks, Brandon
