Pygmy Angelfish should be kept in a 30 gal. or larger. Tangs in general, no matter what tan, do not belong in a nano tank.

Regal tangs or otherwise known as hippo tangs do not belong in anything less than a 75 gal. tank. To do otherwise is cruel, it would be similar to keeping your mother in a 4' by 4' room.

Wouldn't want to put my mom in a 4' by 4' room, but may mother-in-law now thats a different story.

Guess its all a matter of perspective.
