Hi, I am a month into a 29 gal. nano reef w/fish and want to know comparrison on 24" T5-VHO to 24" CP. and how many 2 or 4. Both will fit.

Well...my personal choice would be the T5. They really don't put out much more light, but reflectors fit better around them, and thus more of the light is concentrated into your tank.
