Pardon my ignorance but "percs" is the abreviation for a word yes? A type of fish?

Please let me know which kind so I can research it or better yet, lets see yours!

Reefnoob, please tell me what frog spawns and grunge+ are and what do they do?

Ive been thinking about a QT tank BUT isnt the lfs user friendly for such things as a fish QT tank that can be rented or something? Kinda like a fish hospital at the lfs? Take your fish(es) in to the lfs and they let you use a QT tank for a nominal charge or better yet, charge a nice price because without a QT tank your up a creek as far quarantining the new or sick fish goes.

Just get a 10 gallon tank with a cheap hang over the back filter and it can be setup yourself. I've never heard of a fish hospital QT. And frogspawn is a type of coral that resembles frog eggs...I don't know what grunge+ you're talking about.

Ahhh the jawfish is so cool!!! I found him in the back he had made a burrow, and I was mad he made one back there so I filled it in and he swam up to the front of the tank and is now making a burrow under the rock! it's so cool he picks up a huge scoop of sand in his mouth and spits it back out, it's like a huge mound now lol

Sounds like what cyclids would do. They move sand like nobodies business. Moves the rocks when they burrow out alot of sand.

You'd need to upgrade the lights. Nanotuners.com

I think frogspawns are pretty forgiving, I think it'll be alright under the stock lighting, of course an upgrade would always be better but I think you can hold over stock until you can upgrade...
